Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Justice Wall Foundation (நீதி அரண்). This Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to donations, contributions, registrations, and other payments made through our official website. By making a payment to the Foundation, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Donations and Contributions

The Justice Wall Foundation accepts voluntary donations and contributions from individuals, organisations, and supporters to promote its charitable objectives, including legal awareness, access to justice initiatives, educational programmes, volunteer activities, community outreach, and social welfare activities.

All donations received by the Foundation are utilised towards achieving the objectives and activities of the Trust.

General Refund Policy

Since donations are voluntary contributions made towards charitable purposes, all successful donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.

However, the Foundation understands that genuine errors may occur and may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances.

Eligible Refund Situations

A refund request may be considered in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error;
  • Incorrect donation amount entered by mistake;
  • Fraudulent transaction;
  • Payment processing errors.

The approval of any refund request shall be subject to verification and the discretion of the Foundation.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the donor must contact the Foundation with the following details:

  • Name of the donor;
  • Contact details;
  • Date of payment;
  • Amount paid;
  • Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number;
  • Reason for requesting a refund.

Refund requests should preferably be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment.

Processing of Refunds

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

Approved refunds may take approximately 7–10 working days to reflect in the donor's bank account, depending upon the bank or payment gateway processing timelines.

Payment Gateway Charges

Any charges deducted by banks, payment gateways, or financial service providers may be subject to their respective policies.

The Foundation shall not be responsible for delays or deductions made by third-party payment service providers.

Changes to this Policy

The Justice Wall Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy whenever necessary.

Any updates will be published on this page and shall become effective immediately.
